Gather the
Good Terms

Gather the Good is a place to notice, save and share the good in your life.

Accounts are for adults 18 and older, with one exception: teens ages 13 to 17 may use Gather the Good only through an invitation created and approved by their parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not create an account.

For a teen account, the parent or legal guardian confirms the teen's age when creating the invitation, approves the account after the teen signs up, and approves each new circle connection. Either the teen or the guardian may ask us to delete the account.

When a teen turns 18, they may accept the current adult Terms and continue with the same account, entries, photos, garden and circle. The guardian then becomes an ordinary circle connection with no special control.

You keep ownership of the entries and photos you create. You give Gather the Good permission to store and display that content only as needed to provide the app.

You are responsible for the content you upload and share. Please use only content you have permission to use, including photos of other people or children.

Please do not use Gather the Good to post harmful, illegal, abusive or infringing content.

We work to keep Gather the Good safe and available, but we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
